Is this normal on E-Cas?

Back in December we filed our application, and we recently got our Phase 2 AOR but have noticed something odd on my wife's E-Cas.

Since we are in Thailand, she has a nickname (not legal binding by any means), however in her E-Cas, they used her Nickname, and Maiden name, not her legal first, or last name (which has my last name).

Is this normal?

it seems a little odd, and you may want to send them a case-specific enquiry, especially because since you have had an AOR stage 2, you know that your file is at the VO, so I think it would be good to send them a question about it, so they can modify if needed - especially because that's the name that will show on the PR papers, so it would be best to have it correct.

Thanks. I sent them a note about the problem, and hope they get it cleared up. I didn't think it was right.
