1) Is this new true regarding prejune appicants THAT canadain cic start concentrate on prejune backlog and most embassy already start working on it like manila,london and soon delhi too.
2) my one of family member is already in canada on study visa,if medicial comes he will need to come back to india for medicial and visa stamping
