Is this misrepresentation?

Hello all,

I was refused a UK visa when I was around 10 years old. I forgot to mention this on my study permit application because technically I didn't apply for the UK one... I didn't even know I had a refusal until few weeks ago. I got the study permit anyway and I'm applying for PGWP. Should I mention the refusal this time? I would that be misrepresentation because it won't match with the previous application? I am anxious because pgwp is a one time thing and don't want refusal - being guilty of misrepresentation would be really regrettable. Is there anyone who told the truth in their subsequent application?

If you know about it, mention it, and include a letter explaining why you didn't put it down the first time. Extreme honesty is always the best approach when dealing with CIC. Not mentioning it is only viable if this PGWP application is the absolute last time you are going to apply for anything in Canada, and you don't care about its outcome.
