Please I need help with this..
I have two other siblings both boys. One is 21 and the other is 18 both in college.(2nd year and 1st year respectively)
And my mother who is 52 years now.(father, deceased)
we do not have any valuable assets or family business or something of that sort.
just my two brothers and my mum, that's all

These are the family ties I have in my country.
are they enough to show strong ties?

Hello,
Honestly, probably not. Do you have property, are you a member of a religious community, do you have employment back home to go to, does your family rely on you for financial support?

That's considered family ties
But not home ties...
They re two different things
Employment
Property
Are the best home ties one can show

yes I'm a member of a religious community, a very committed member.
with the ties, my family do not depend on me for anything. I'm yet to secure a job so there's no dependency

Ok, so you don't actually have any strong ties to your family or home. It appears you will have a very difficult time proving you have reasons to come back to your country if you don't have a job, your family doesn't depend on you, you have no property in your name. You will have to work very hard to prove that you will return on your application.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hello manuelmems

It is THE most common reason for applications to be refused. Don't feel discouraged or out of luck. So long as you fully intend (truthfully) to go back home after your studies, you have nothing to worry about. You WILL have to prove this though, and that is the tricky part. It is proven in two parts - financially, and ties to family/assets back home. The financial part is easier to prove because essentially it is about proving that you have the funds to support yourself for a year, pay tuition, and pay travel. To be safe, after the tuition is paid, the minimum number you have to show is 10K Can. in addition to proving travel cost. Now for the second part. The most convincing evidence for returning back home after you studies is showing assets in your name. This would include current employment wages, job description, car payment, mortgage, housing, parent's PR status in home country, any prospective job offer or career path (even including a self-written letter of intention, or letter from a previous teacher, indicating your wish to pursue work back in your home country related specifically to the education you wish to seek in Canada, and how you specifically require this education to achieve that goal). Here is a list that is very comprehensive and WILL grantee approval. It might be outdated with the forms, I will double check.
