Hi
I am appliying for Canadian Experience Class, and I have a question related to some documents I had translated in Mexico on 2017. Can I use this translation for the application?
The documents are two pages and at the end of the second page it has printed:
I, [name], expert translator, duly authorized by the Honorable Supreme Court of Justice of Mexico City, Federal District (agreement [agreement number]) issued by the judiciary council on [date], do hereby certify that the foregoing translation from spanish to english, contained in (2) pages is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true and correct. [date] [signature] [stamped]
In both pages it shows a signature and stamped by the translator
I do not know if this is a valid translation since the translator is not certified in Canada, and I do not know if it passes as an affidavit that it has at the end.
thank you for your time to answer
