i have fill up the assessment form on this site : http://www.immigration-into-canada.com/
and i got this reply:

Thank you for visiting our web site. After studying your information, I regret to inform you that you are not eligible to apply immigration to Canada under skill workers at this moment. To be eligible to apply immigration under the Federal Immigration Program, you should consider doing the following:

1.To have university level studies and minimum of 14 years studies;

2. To have fluently in English or French skill;

*i know the reson its because i have only 12 years of study so its ok..

Then I Applyed for my wife who has 16 years of study bachelor's degree in Biology and work excperince for about 3 years
and i got this reply:

I regret to inform you that your wife is not eligible to apply immigration to Canada for the moment because she is not working currently. To apply immigration to Canada, she needs to have a job.

*Is This A Joke ??? Is This True ???

Hey Usama

It could be possible since the work experience is one of the factors measured. It helps to grab points for eligibility (the 67 required ones)

try www.canadavisa.com

and see how does it looks like

good luck

Thanks For You'r Reply...I did vist the site :www.canadavisa.com
and i got this reply:

Thank you for completing an assessment with my law firm (Campbell,
Cohen).

I have carefully reviewed your career and education history, and I was
impressed with your qualifications and experience. It appears that
there would be a few options available to you in terms of obtaining
your Canadian Permanent Residency.

Well having few options is much better than nothing right?

Did you ask them what would be those few?

Good luck
