Is this a good thing? VFS tracking webiste info.

I got my passport request on 4th August 2014, the passport was forwarded by the VFS to the Singapore VO on 14th August. And this what the VFS tracking website says, is this a good thing?

Visa application, tracking ID No 20150811BDDAPPT23953 Your Decision has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, Singapore on 01/09/2015 to the Canada Visa Application Centre DHAKA. You will get SMS & Email when your Decision will receive at Canada Visa application centre where it was submitted.

I guess you're gonna get your passport soon with COPR. Congrats!
I just sent mine to VFS in Malaysia yesterday. That's good to know it only took you less than 1 month to get your passport back
