I got a job offer and an approved LMIA for a closed work permit from my employer. Now, I'm thinking of adding the same LMIA to my Express Entry PR profile without telling my employer. Is that okay? From what I understand, if I want to use the same LMIA for both my WP and PR applications, I might need a specific type called a Dual Intent LMIA?
Does this mean that if I add the LMIA, originally for a Closed Work Permit, to my Express Entry profile, my PR application could be rejected?
