Is there anyone who got a conditional letter from Fanshawe college???(URGENT)

I am thinking to apply to Fanshawe college. I need some information about admission.

Do they offer a conditional letter or acceptance letter within 2 weeks?

I was waiting two colleges(in Alberta) more than 3 months, now I didn't get any letter.

I need your advices.
