Is there anyone pay (online) before submit (online)?

I have already made a payment for a visitor visa (single visit) fee on June 11, 2013 before I submit all the papers online.

Yesterday, I submitted all document already, but I cannot find how to submit my receipt copy or the receipt number. Also, there is no other button to complete processing my application. There are only the buttons to go back to the previous menu/page or make a payment again.

Actually, on the receipt I have, it says if I submit online, I don't have to submit any receipt.

I am not sure if I should ask for the refund. Then make a payment again. Or, is there any solution? I cannot complete submitting my application, and I am afraid that I could miss my travel.

I plan on traveling on August 9th, and I booked the flight already.


If anyone can answer or has the same experience, I will be really really appreciate.

hello lampajinggo. unfortunately you cannot enter the receipt number. the online application only accepts credit card payments using Visa, Mastercard or American Express. you will have to pay again using one of the listed credit cards.

There is 3 options to pay for your online application if you are in Canada, online with you application,e-payment tool, and to any banking institution.
If you are outside Canada then it is only the first 2 options.

In the beginning/earlier part of the online application there should be an option to choose how you would like to pay.
It has happened to me before and in the portion where you need to upload files, you can upload the pdf file of the receipt or I think type in the code/receipt number and they will be able to track it. I am not sure if it has changed since then, but it is still in the website that you can pay with e-payment tool, so you should be able to attach it without asking for a refund, which is a hassle.

Finally, I made a payment again; that made me a little bit upset. They should have an option to put the receipt number, right? :( Well, a part of them was my fault.

I am in a process of asking for the refund.
