Is there any way to view a PR application after submission?

No, you can not see the uploaded documents.

Thanks. I meant the application itself and not the docs, sorry, should've been more clear. Is there any way to see it? I thought they'd have it up there like the EE profiles, but they don't.

Yes. When you are on the View Submitted Application page, the URL will be this: https://onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca/eapp/documentsToSubmit.do

In this URL, replace "documentsToSubmit.do" with "applicationChecklist.do" so that the URL becomes: https://onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca/eapp/applicationChecklist.do

You can see the submitted application info this way.
