Is there any way to talk the CIC representatives?

Is there any way to talk to CIC representatives? I filled in the passport expiry date wrong by accident, and my old passport expired. So I want to update them with the correct passport information. But every time they hang up my call.. Any insights are appreciated!

I believe you can fill out a Webform and update the information there; hopefully, that'll work
