Is there any wage /hr requirement for CEC under NOC 0,A,B category??

There is no wage requirement for CEC.
As long as your wage sort matches the average of your NOC code.
For example, if you state you are a manager, your wage shouldn't be $11/hr
Or if you mention you are an entry level position and your wage says $30/hr.
Those kind of things raise flags for immigration officers.
