is their any rule that Passports shud not be more than 5 years old while applying for the P.R for federal skilled worker or (it is only in the case of child ) as my wifes passport is of 2005 and now its 2010 i am sending passports to New Delhi CHC will it be okey ????

No such rule & her pp is not a problem.

However, they shouldn't be mutilated, damaged, have loose pages & must have [at least] 2 free pages... that's what your PPr letter said, isn't it?

Uhh yes... also should have maximum validity [beyond the 1yr date from meds] -to get a maximum validity for the visa/s. But, not a rule.
