Is there any predections for the end of year cutoff CRS score

Hello,
My CRS score is about 420.
Is there any chance for an ITA by the end of year.
Should i wait or should i apply through the french provincial nominee programm of Manitoba.
I'm expecting for an explanotory visit to Manitoba next year,should i go through or should i wait to receive an ITA by the end of this year. Is there any chance for this?
I'm A little bit confused.

I believe there is zero chance it will reach 420.

But I'm obviously just guessing.

My score is in the similar range, and I agree with scylla's guess, so I advise you to do what I am doing and go all for the viable PNP opportunities you can. If you can afford the exploratory visit to Manitoba next year, then certainly go for it.

I think, there is No chance for 420 by the end of this year,
but maybe on the first semester 2016 ! (maybe).
My assumption is that by December 2015, the score would be between 430 and 440 or so... (more 440 than 430).
