IS THERE ANY HOPE???

I HAVE APPLIED UNDER FSW "SYSTEM ANALYST" CATEGORY.

I have dispatched my documents on 08/11/2014 and the have received it on 14/11/2014. So far, I haven't heard anything its been almost three months. My Question is that how long they normally take for rejection if my file is not in quota? I heard if they do rejection or something they do it less than two months. So should I considered myself in quota ? Is there any hope for me that I get PER number.

Plus they closed this category under which I applied "System Analyst" on 22/11/2014, right after 1 week when then received my documents.

You should definitely assume your application was received too late to be included in the cap if your application was received a week before CIC announced the cap had been reached. You will need to apply under Express Entry.

by creating a new thread doesn't mean that they will accept ur app. sorry to say but its already a clear rejection. in the 1st place you shouldn't even have sent it....or may be ur consultant is a cheap crook who wasted ur time and money.
