Is there any french language test existing, which may benefits to CRS ?
By which one can enhance his points in eligibility criteria.
Please explain it in brief, if there is a way to process faster by learning french .

TEF test is accepted by CIC.

If English is your first language, taking TEF as second language test will increase your CRS by 22 points maximum, if you get a really high score. However getting 22 is possible only for applicants who already can speak, listen and write in French. For a complete newbie, an year of investment into learning French can get you about 7 points in TEF.
