is there any form for Right of Permanent Residence Fee

1. Is there any form we need to fill for sending the Right of Permanent Residence Fee or we can just send the draft alone

2. How can we send our passports to embassy in new delhi.

I am in the same boat.
I guess there is no form for the RPPF payment just make a draft payable to High Commission calculating the no of individual.
Send your passport after medical done with the help of DHL or other blue dart?? trusted courier in your locations.

send the draft money in indian rupees, if u want quick processing.
blue dart is good for deliveries in india.
