Is there any deadline to go to Canada after getting stamp of temporary worker visa

I got the temporary worker visa(employer specific) and my spouse got open work permit. We have the visa validity till May 2023. Is there any specific deadline to reach Canada under temporary worker visa?

My Permanent Resident Application under PNP is on progress. Should I wait till I get PR? I have 7 months left under permanent resident application.

Any thought is highly appreciated.

You need to enter before the expiry date of your visa i.e. May 2023. I came here under employer specific visa after one year of issuance without any problem.
