Is there a way to contact CHC Immigration people

I have applied visitor visa for my wife, submitted the docs CHC through VFS on Feb 12th 2013. Since 19th Feb Online Tracking status shows "Application Under Processing", Its been more than 60 days now and no response from CHC so far.

I sent several mails to them, raised case specific inquiry.. tried to call them...did not work.

Is there any other way to contact CHC people and get response for my visa request..

Appreciate your suggestions on this.

Visit visa via VFS should be 2 week max turnaround. I can tell you that VFS in canada made a mistake for some work I had through Indian consulate..once I went to VFS they had my stuff right there so they delayed my case completely due to internal incompetence.I say goto VFS and tell them you spoke to Canada embassy and they said they sent passport back then let VFS search/inquire about it
