Is there a limit of 10% TFW for High Wage Class?? for

Hi, I want to extend my work permit and my employer agreed to apply for LMIA? Although I have one question in mind.

Now there is 10% criteria for Low Wage TFW workers an employer can hire but I am applying for high wage worker.

So, does my employer need atleast 10 Canadians/PR employees on payroll to request for 1 TFW for high wage position or there is no such requirement in high wage positions?



P.S. Currently my employer has 5-6 medium/high wage workers who are all canadians and PR.
