is there a formal example of reference letter from companies employed to presen

Hi Sirs,

I was trying to prepare for the Federal Skilled Worker Class Program for 2014, and would be grateful if someone would point out where I can found an example of formal reference letter to be included to my FSWC application about my employment.

Also is there any new if the government is going to restart the program for 2014/2015 years and where can I check to stay up to date to latest news.

for refrenece letter it suppose to be some thing like below :

My Employer (a very big MNC) doesnt give Reference Letters on the Letter Head.

What should I do ?
