Is their any other way to get provincial nominee apart from Express Entry?

Hi Guys, As Ontario had closed registrations for the OINP Express Entry Human Priority stream, yesterday on 7th November, Is there any other way to apply for a provincial nominee?

SINP OID sub category is a non express entry system. Opens frequently in 2 months generally. Read carefully
