Is The Visa Office Entry Correct One In form?

Hello There All. I need someone to give me an advice please regarding my FSW application Form. I am Living in UAE and my Husband is living in Pakistan. A week ago i sent my application form to CIO Sydney.My Profession falls in 38 NOC. In the Form i have written down Abu Dhabi should be the Visa Office to process my Visa Application Form( Because I called a consultant and they said the interview will be in Abu Dhabi). After searching the CIC website i came to know that Abu Dhabi office doesn't process application for FSW and London visa office is responsible for peoples living in UAE. How Much will it affect my application Status? Please any advice.

2nd Question.. As i said My Husband is Living in pakistan, in case I get Green signal about application form and they call me for interview in Abu Dhahbi instead of London, Will My Husband have to come to UAE for interview OR can he give that interview in CHC Islamabad? Thanking in anticipation.

Though I haven't been thru a situation like the one you describe, I feel there is a possibility that your case may be re-directed by CIO-Sydney to the London office. That's the least they should be expected to do in the name of goodness.

As for the interview question,...
my take is that you and your husband will most likely have to travel to the visa office together for the interview (London is my guess).

As for as the The interview is concerned, Is There anyone living in UAE who have applied for FSW through London office and have been called for interview in London ? I appreciate if someone share their experience here with me. What i have heard here in UAE is, Normally CIC process the Visa application Form in CHC london Office for people living in UAE (FSW, and If they need to take interview of the applicant, then normally they call the applicant to give interview in CHC Abu Dhabi ? is this True .. Please share your experience with me. Thanks

Hi lynx, did you get the file case number for FSW, i live in Dubai and while i was on vacation in canada in March 2009 as a visitor i applied same time and i got the file number, even i am not sure where the final interview will be Abu Dhabi or London.

Hi Mahafeez. I applied on June 1st 2009, and my application has reached to CIO but i have not got any File Number so for, Hopefully i will get in next two weeks, what i have learn so for and have different type of conversations with ppl living in UAE who have applied to CIO in FSW, according to them the interview will be in HCH Abudhabi , But the Visa processing office will be HCH London.
