Is the LMO under old rules still valid? TFWP program

Hi guys
I made application for working permit under LMO this July.(After the june 20th change.)
My LMO was applied by my employer last Novmber and get approved after Feb this year.
Unfortunately ,I waited for other materials so I had to wait until July to made my application online.
My LMO's expiray date is August -11 2014,so at that time, I thought It was totally fine.
Then I read news about this big change and My rate is around 35/hr, I believe it's higher than Ontario Medium rate.
It's almost been 7 weeks and My status online is still"open" right now.
Is my application still to be considered? Or will CIC refuse my application and ask for a new LMIA?

Yes still valid as long as you received your lmo before the moratorium...I got my lmo april this year then I apply my application after moratorium....

Are you still working in the same employer? Coz the immigration will question that if I'm not mistaken and also they will call them... I guess they will not allow you enter since you will expire your visa this november

My boss really want me begin Canadian office work badly. I hate to imagine wht will happen if I have to tell him he must re-apply the LMO for me

I wish you apply working visa even there is a moratorium at least if they got your lmo and expired on their office that is ok...why you didn't apply for work permit after receiving your lmo?

Cuz at first I was abt to apply on paper in Beijing Visa office. But they ask for NonCriminal back ground check both in China and in United States upfront( I lived there for more than two years). In online system CIC only will ask these once the application really being proceed.
So I have to wait for my US noncriminal back ground check for both state level and Federal level. That takes a long time for mailing documents back and forth.
Then I decide I can't afford waiting, so I made my application online.
That's the story. I wish I had applied earlier now. But if the memoturim doesn't affect my application, I hope everything will be ok. My submission date on the CIC system is 7-9, so I guess I'm fine?

Hi guys im new here , please throw some lights on me . Im really stressed abt this new LMIA RULE . my fiance is in nepal and his agency has applied in some food sector in ALBERTA . He said he got a call frm agency saying that they got workpermit (dont know on his name or what) will know and write back again but teill then PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND THIS NEW RULE SO that my fiance's money wont waste on that agency !

Does workpermit comes first or LMIA(lmo previously known ) ?
So if workpermit is issued in his name will LMIA be issued if the employer applies ? His work field is food industry either as kitchen helper, cook or server. ? I came to know there is SUSPENSION .. What is it exactly .. Not allowing TFW falling under food sector? PLEASE TELL ME ASAP SO THAT MY FIANCE WINT WASTE MONEY IN APPLYING TO GOING TO CANADA
