is the GCKey login website acting up?

I've been trying to link my application to my GCKey account for days now, playing the 5x per day game. Today i went to it and when I try clicking the link on this page: Link an application to your online account - Canada.ca it just brings me back to the same page (reloads). I tried it on Chrome and Edge. Anyone else?

Incognito mode should do the trick!
