Is the forlift license training is vocational training?

Hi!
I am on post grad work permit in Canada and i want to start the training as forklift driver which is one week long but on my work permit it is written that we can not take a vocational training so if anybody knows that is it a vocational training or not and if it is vocational training then can i take?
