Is the Experience is same / different than Reference Letter ?

I already have an experience letter from the organizations I worked for and these are signed by the HRs of each company on letter head of the firms.

My question is, are these both same or different ?

Also, will the sample Experience letter be enough or do I need to explicitly provide only the reference letter ?
