is the 4/6 for real

dear all

still when i check cic site , it says you have to live 3/4 years . so is this proposed change of 4/6 active or still its debatable ?

also could someone give me an official link explaining the new citizenship requirements of 4 years?

Yes - it's real and the new rules have been passed into law. They are scheduled to come into place next year. You can read the details here:
