is that possible to download my online application which I applied

Dear all ,


I have applied visitor visa on 16th June through online and I have submitted all documents.

And my visitor visa also got rejected and they mentioned as following :


1. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of of your stay as temproray resident as stipulated in paragraphed 179 (b) of the IRPR , based on personal assets and financial status.

2. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of of your stay as temproray resident as stipulated in paragraphed 179 (b) of the IRPR, based on purpose of visit.

The things I have submitted :

Purpose of visit : 8 Days holiday trip
Assests and financial status : 4.12 crore rupees assests, 22lakhs rupees bank balance.


And I have an major issue I lost my laptop before 3 days. and I lost my application form and pdf documents which uploaded for online visa. is that possible to get or download it from that website. I remember my GCkey and password.


Please help me guys. this is the first time I have tried for Candian visa....!!!!!

Yes you can download your existing application

1. Login to your account
2. Select Check full application status
3. Select view application which u uploaded and here you can open your file and save again

I have tried through GCkey login sir. But it doesn’t show anything like that. It shows only the documents name.

Once you login you will see your application number and in same line you will see check full application status and after selecting this on top you can see view your submitted doc option

uploaded application form ?
file name


Like this its displaying sir , when I tried to click it is not responding....

Could pls guide me sir?? If am clicking it shows adobe reader update. But I have latest version. I have downloaded my rejection letter. But I cannot download application forms and the documents history. Am from india.

If after selecting your form not showing anything and error message appearing than simply download and open separately in Adobe (latest version)

Helloo everyone. I have a little bit similarity with this discussion, unfortunately I didn’t find my answer in different pages so plz if you know answer me: i got my rejection for a visitor visa one month ago, I didn’t apply for my self and my ex boyfriend did it, even now I don’t know the details like my password because he didn’t give it to me, still now he didn’t response me!!!i have just my client number in my emails, i need to access to my documents which are uploaded by him, because i was wondered how i was rejected! I know how to order the notes of the officer, but I don’t know how i can ask them about the all the documents, any suggestions!?

Hi good evening mam. I am so sorry that u cannot do anything without having login is and password.

Thank u for ur response.
But i have to mention something, when our account start to review all the documents in our account will be disappear it means even i have a password i will not see details, so i want to find a way and i know there is a way, like applying for GCMS notes

Is that possible to get our application form and documents which we uploaded through GCMS???
