Change is a constant in life. When is the question. That no one knows.

It's best to act immediately you have the opportunity except you are hoping that your experience might be captured in the new list; then you will have to be patient.

The last time CIC used a point rated skilled worker criteria was in the 70s for about 4/5 years, the points never changed and it was dropped. Since this list is less than 10 months old, I think that it will be a while before changes are made. I could be wrong, as I have been in the past.
