I have completed my btech in 2016 and I am about to apply for Jan intake is it possible to get visa after all I am having 13backlogs with 60%.plz help me out

As far as gap is concerned 1 year is acceptable.
But your academics are on weaker side
So try to make your profile strong with other factors
