I was following the trend from the RQ spreadsheet online. It does not have any sequence based on the date they got RQ. So I dont think it is by any sequence. Coz the files are sent to St.Clair office by the local office at random. They do not go in order of file number. Some go prior to test and some after. So depends on your luck.

I am in same limbo too - I received a letter saying that my file is at St Clair.

I took test last year (Jan 2014) at Scarborough and got a post test RQ which I quickly responded. Now it seems my file is moved to St Clair.

Not sure if it is a good thing or another long wait.

My file was moved to st clair on 1-aug-2014.. nothing so far

As I mentioned in another topic, when I chatted with a citizenship officer at the Edmonton office, I was told that they reviewed RQ Lite (CIT 0520) applications by file number. It is quite possible, probable even, that it is also the case with RQs and St. Clair.
