Hi Experts,

Need some guidance from you.
I would be getting married on 4th July 2011 and would be flying alone to Canada on 8th July 2011(Long Term work Permit, Skill Category A,NOC) . I will be initiating the open work permit for my dependant once we get out marriage certificate.

1 - Please let me know if spouse name need to be updated on her Passport or the marriage certificate is enough. We would like to ensure that there wont be any issues later, as she will be searching for a Job in Canada.
2 - Also our marriage certificate form would be in Hindi and the details we would be mentioning on it would be in English. So do we need to get the certificate translated in english?

Awaiting for your quick help here. :)

Thanks

1. Probably a good idea to have the passport changed, if she is now using his/her married named.
2. Yes you need a certified translation.
3. You know that there is no guarantee that an OWP and TRV will be issued.
