Is spousal permit still available?

Hi everyone.. Can any of you tell me if spousal permit for skilled noc still ok? Im just wondering because one of my friend said that its not available anymore. The spouse should get their own LMIA to have their own work permit.. Any answer will help.. Thank you.

Yes, if one has a work permit, the other can apply and get a OWP based on the primary holder's duration.

if Primary applicant has a Open work permit, then can My wife also apply for Open WP based on the primary holder's duration??

yup your spouse can get OWP based on ur WP if you work in NOC O A B

Actually Why I was confused cause I also Have Open WP so not sure whether she can get Open WP or Not ......

i have pgwp or owp and filled wp application for my spouse....she got the TRV and will get OWP on landing
