Is Software professional are allowed under new immigration rules of 2013

Hi,
I am a software lead and having 7+ years of exp (3+ as a team lead). I am currently working in India and planning to apply for Canadian PR.

Many links says that I can’t apply for the PR under s/w category as its no more allowed; but few links also mentioned that it can again be allowed under new rules in 2013 but didn’t get anything concrete on cic site.

Please let me know can I apply under s/w professional category or not.

Following are my details:
Highest education: MCA full time
Age: 30 yr
Spouse Education: MCA full time
Total Exp: 7+ years
Canada Job: Don’t have any offer (any may not have any in near future). I was in Canada for three months on business visa.

Please guide me on how to proceed further.

There is no category that is opne now for you to apply, keep an eye on cic.gc.ca

I also have 3+ yr of Team lead exp is there any other category in which i can apply (as i read somewhere that person have some yrs of Lead exp can apply)

FSW is closed as of now. Only CEC and People with job offers can apply

Keep an eye on CIC.gc.ca, when FSW opens this year what categories are listed under eligibility criteria

That's not a site for FSWC-2013. U need to pay heed to what Ankit says:
