IS RNIP ALSO CLASIFIED AS A PNP/ONIP?

Hello, I currently want to get my academic credentials assessed by WES and want to add recipient.
I will be applying for RNIP program but WES don't have it as a registered recipient. Can add ONIP or it's a different steam entirely ?

OINP is for Ontario and a provincial program, not affiliated with RNIP. RNIP is a federal program.
