Is provisional degree enough for wes or iqas?

I have done BA from IEC UNIVERSITY of baddi..i have provisional degree...is its is enough for wes or iqas??????

Hi, did they accept your provisional degree? I'm in similar situation, i don't have my final certificate but provisional degree. Do IQAS accept it?
