Is PR different for All NOC and Businesses

Dear experts,
I just want to know the PR is different for different NOC or Farm Owner or Entrepreneurs or all the same ?

If I got PR for one NOC, should I have to work only for that NOC or I can work any job ?? Is there any problem on applying to citizenship ??

Once you get PR you can do whatever you want. NOC doesn't matter.
