Is Peace Arch Border open on weekends for Canada to US crossing?

Anybody has any idea on this? I may have to drive to US from Canada on one of the Saturday. I do not plan on importing car to US. I know that US Customs are closed during weekend, does that cause any problem for travelling to US?

Oh No, Canada and the US close all the border crossing for the weekend! Of course they are, they are open 24/7/365. US customs care export is closed weekends and holidays.

I am quite confused. so you mean it is not possible to drive across the border during weekend?
 
Most major land border crossing between the United States and Canada are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If they weren't, that would cause major economic disruption. Some smaller crossings in rural areas have more limited hours. Of course, they may only have one officer working if you show up at 3AM.
