Good question, According to my experience...Ontario PNP is good for nothing. it's an useless dumb certificate now a days. not only under EE, it's useless for Regular PR also. They are just making money by increasing their certificates. i don't know how federal govt is giving permission to increase OPNP certificates, if they are not willing to process OPNP files. This year OPNP is again increasing their PNP nominations and minimizing the language requirements to 6.0 in ielts. so, all the increased nominations will fill fast. But, no one will get PR.

if they increased their certificates to 3000 from 2,500

3000 * 1500 which equals 4.5 million dollars(just by fee)

Why you got rejected even you have OPNP? or you are just under long waiting time. I know the program is currently under QA

i am in waiting process and i am frustrated with this waiting. The only reason the program is in QA is due to the fraud happened in OPNP. They sold certificates for 150K to 500K. That's the reason they CIC kept us on hold and Ontario govt is not responding properly on that issue.

OMG They sold certificates?? This is ridiculous...Alberta Nominee Program is messed up too with waiting times almost 2 years!!!
