I'm planning to apply for PR under both Express Entry Canadian Experience Class and also Employer Job Offer: International Student OINP. Is the Employer Job Offer: International Student under the Express Entry?
If I get a nomination through this stream could the 600 points be added to my CEC application?

and one more question, my spouse is outside of Canada while I work in Canada, can I still include into the application?
