Is NYIT a good college to do MS in information network and computer security?

Hi I am planning to do MS from BC Canada. So i shortlisted NYIT in vancouver? Is it a good college? In BC you get PNP without job offer after doing MS in applied science. And one more question what about visa success rate? My profile as follows :-

10 - 77%
12 - 60.4%
BE(Computer Science) - 70%

I am also planning to do the same course as yours.. I am waiting for the offer letter and its been a month now after i applied..

But I am not entirely sure about how good this university is..

I heard tht getting a visa can be difficult as it is a US based institute, not Canadian.

Is it true about PNP without job offer after doing MS in applied science in BC?
