Is notary on the back side of a document acceptable?

I need to notarize and translate this document. The notary told me since there is no space to put the notary stamps on the front side, he can do it on the back side. Would this be acceptable to do the notary and stamp on the back side?

Do you have any other suggestions for me? I am providing this tax document as proof of employment.
