Is NOC B job applicable for Experience Class Immegration?

I have studied masters in Electronics Engineering and now wroking in canada in a NOC B job( Technical Sales) under PGWP. If I work for 1 year here will I be able to apply for canadian Experience class immegration?

Also, is NOC B job applicable for Alberta Nominee Program while I am under PGWP?
