For instance,
Noc 6322 (Cook) work in the two places as a part time or full time, (If I work 25 hours in A place and 25 hours in B place, for one week, total 30 hours, is it right?

Or NOC 6322 works 500 hours in A place and 1060 hours in B place, is it also possible?

My question is if the same NOC code works in 2 different places, can this combine, or impossible to combine?

It's not clear what you are asking.

If you work 30 or more hours per week, this counts as 1 week of work experience. It doesn't matter if you have one job or two jobs and it doesn't matter how many hours you work, as long as you work at least 30 hours in 1 week.

You need to have 52 weeks where you worked at least 30 hours in each of those weeks to qualify for 1 year of Canadian work experience.
