is NOC 5131.5 eligable for applying in Alberta Tech Pathway?

I am so confused. I saw the list of NOC that is applicable for Alberta Tech Pathway and NOC 5131 is included. However, my occupation is Film Editor which is 5131.5
I'm not sure if I'm eligible to apply here..
