is my Work Permit LMIA or exempt?

Hi Experts,

Currently I am in Canada came from USA. My work permit has LMIA or Exempt no - A022**** and Remarks as INTRA COMPANY TRANSFREE - SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE.

My question is Can I claim 50 points for it or I need to wait for a year to claim 50 points?

You must wait until you have worked in Canada for a full year before you can claim the 50 job offer points.
