Can someone suggest me ...?

As i am working here in Edmonton as a restaurant manager noc code 0631

and my salary is $ 15.50 per hr//

As i checked on alberta wages it saying Average salary is $20.64

Is my salary sufficient to apply for Spouse open work permit for my husband, my employer will increase my salary but after few months.

Can someone guide me as i am really confused ?

I don't think your salary is the issue. Your spouse needs to demonstrate stronger home country ties to be approved.
