Is my IELTS score good for NOC A?

I wanna apply under NOC A, 2172 for CEC and language requirements given on CIC website are pretty confusing.

My score is -

Listening - 6.5
Reading- 6.5
Speaking-6.5
Writing -6

Overall - 6.5

Yes - the requirement is to have a "6" or above for all four sections

Good day mate. I am applying Temporary work permit under NOC 6311, I don't know which category it falls under though (0,A or B).
My IELS score is just 6 Bands (General module). Would that be enough to apply ?

Listening : 7

Speaking : 6

Reading : 5

are you looking to apply for PR in the future? if yes - NOC 6311 is ineligible for PR FYI

I know I will be ineligible under Canadian exp class. I am planning to apply under Employer direct Manitoba provincial nominee. Would I qualify for that ? I do have qualification in hospitality and have around 5 years work experience as fast food manager. ???

Similar to this, I wanted to validate my eligibility of IELTS score.
I am in need of minimum 20 points for my application for NOC A - 2174 category.

My IELTS scores is as below:

L = 7
R = 7.5
W = 7
S = 6

Over all = 7

I am not sure, how points are calculated for each section.
Can anyone validate this to me, what points I am getting from each section and if I am eligible for NOC-A 2174?

you need minimum CLB 7 score for NOC A i.e 6 each in IELTS, you got more than enough
